NEXT is a consumer robotics company specializing in electronics and appliances with intuitive controls, sleek design, and eco-friendly features for family homes. They are expanding their company onto the 6th floor with 12,000 sf in the PWE building which is located in the Boston Seaport in Boston MA. The Boston harbor at night will be a great influence on my design through materials and lighting.

The wellbeing of the people in the office space is crucial to how well they work, focus, and communicate with others. This office will allow people to feel comfortable coming back to work in a hybrid space and collaborating with others. I will be taking a futuristic approach to my design by using light and greenery to enhance the client’s requirements. The display of warm natural hues and bold custom detailing will bring in the connection between humans and technology. The space will be very open with very little walls and partitions, instead furniture will be used to create spaces.
